The warehouse has a very convenient location on Route 14A, at exit 29 off i-395. Zoned I1. Some of the allowed uses: Brewery, Wholesale dry cleaning, Stone polishing/cutting, Warehouse, Manufacturing, General Storage, Vehicle Repairs. There is one communal bathroom on the second floor by the mini-storage units.
Our mini-storage units are rented on a month-to-month basis, meaning there is no long-term commitment. We can handle all aspects of signing up right over the phone emailing you documentation including the agreement and receipt. If you have rented storage units before and are comfortable with self service there is no need for any appointment besides us showing you the actual unit on moving day. We recommend you complete the sign up step ahead of time since moving days can be fairly hectic. You’re able to move out at any time. We ask for one month’s notice before moving out to help us manage occupancy.
Our Contractor Bay listed prices are with a minimum 6 month lease. Tenant is responsible for electricity. Some bays have private bathrooms, but you are always welcome to use the communal bathroom on the second floor as well.
We have a few options available for our bigger commercial tenants. We have units with standard size garage doors, units with oversized garage doors, and units that we are willing to build to suit (with a minimum 3 year lease.) Tenant is responsible for electricity.
